מדובר בחבילה שהורדת בעצמך  אם כן תצטרך להוריד חבילה שנבנתה מול gtk2.
ההנחה לעיל נובעת מהעובדה שאין חבילה בינארית עבור מוזילה בפורטג' (לעומת זאת יש את mozilla-firefox-bin ו-mozilla-thunderbird-bin(. |

אם הוא אמר שזה עובד לו ב-KDE, אפשר להניח שגם QT משתמש ב-fontconfig  (מהדורות אחרונות, לפחות). |

לא היית צריך להעתיק אותם. זה סתם מיותר. kde משתמש ב-fontconfig (וגם גנום), לכן היה צריך לעדכן את הקונפיגורציה שלה. ההעתקה שעשית זה רק למשתמש שלך, ולא לכל המערכת.
כדי לעדכן את fontconfig היית עורך את /etc/fonts/local.conf שיכיל את התיקיות שמכילות תחתן את תיקיות הגופנים, לדוגמא:

אני ממש מנסה להימנע מהפיתרון הזה, השתמשתי בו פעם ואחר כך היו לי המון בעיות שהגופנים לו היו זמינים בתוכנות שונות (כמו מוזילה), אני מעדיף שהגופנים יהיו זמינים דרך ה X ולא KDE.

אתה יכול לנסות גם IMPS/2 , אמור להיות גם סבבה .

IMPS/2 היה כבר מוגדר, הצלחתי לסדר את הבעיה על ידי הוספת השורה הבאה:
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" |

בעיה א' - פונטים (פתרון ערבי משהו אבל עובד סבבה ) :
K-> Settings -> ControlCenter -> System Administration -> Font Installer
בעיה ב' - גלגלת עכבר :
תבדוק ב- xorg.conf אם :

התקנתי את ג'נטו, xorg, וkde 3.2.2 והתקנתי את הגופנים של קולמוס והגדרתי אותם בxorg.conf אבל עדיין הם לא זמינים בkde, מה יכולה להיות הבעיה?
ובעיה שנייה משום מה הגלגלת של העכבר usb שלי הפסיקה לפעול...היא תמיד פעלה בג'נטו...לא יודע מה קרה לה עכשיו
מצטער על הכותרת, לא ידעתי מה לרשום...
