Technical Support Engineer
Description: 1. Provide Web/Phone support to company products
2. Provide technical assistance during sales process
3. Work closely with sales QA and R&D department
4. Will be a part of the on-duty for emergencies.
Requirements: 1. Highly technical person, knowledge of: Php/Perl/sh programming, Linux/Unix, Windows, SQL & databases,
Web servers, networking, open source world
2. Experience in customer and technical support
3. Very good human skills - Service oriented, responsible and well organized.
4. English at High Level, spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
5. High levels of drive and determination, the ability to travel working with technical departments
within the targeted customers
