הבנתי שזה משהו שקשור למקלדת, בכל מקרה אין לי מושג איך לתקן את הבעיה.. ההודעת שגיאה מופיעה מתי שהמערכת (סוזה) עולה. תודה מראש לעונים!

Anyway, what I want to do now is uninstall the operating system- how I do it?

I have the DVD of the system and want to install it again, I altready tried the recovery and it doesn't help.

I tried to find answer to how to remove it but it's quite difficult , I understand I can re-write it. I already tried the CD but it doesn't work
